Emma has been practicing as a lawyer for over 15 years and spent the first five years of her career in high-profile litigation before finding her calling in family law where she has been practicing for almost a decade.

Emma is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, a member of the Family Law Section and a member of Victorian Women Lawyers.  She holds a Bachelor of Laws (with Honour), Bachelor of Arts and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

Emma is passionate about creating law firms which are as flexible for their team members as they are for their clients.  She runs her practice from a purpose-built office “pod” on her family’s acreage near Ballarat, Victoria.
