Join Lisa as she discusses Family Dispute Resolution and Family Law Arbitration. She will outline how things are done now, the imperatives the FCFCOA places upon lawyers and FDRPs, implications for victims and perpetrators of family violence, the likely cost of these ADR processes, and information she has gathered from internet research into overseas perspectives. Lisa will present from a Barrister’s perspective, as well as an FDRP’s.
