The Family Law Education Network delivers structured national CPD, practical workshops and high-quality precedents designed to strengthen consistent and strategic family law practice.

Structured Education for Strategic Practice

The Family Law Education Network (FLENA) was founded by Amanda Little to provide a professional and collaborative space for practitioner advancement, education and support. Over time, FLENA has grown into a national network committed to strengthening the quality, consistency and strategic capability of family law practice across Australia.

From the 2026/27 CPD year, our education programs follow a structured national model, ensuring learning builds progressively across the year rather than operating as isolated sessions. This is not a series of standalone webinars. It is a mapped strategic pathway.

FLENA operates across four key areas:

Why Join Us?

FLENA provides structured national CPD supported by high-quality precedents and practical resources. Our programs are designed to strengthen consistency, clarity and capability across family law practice.

Through a unified monthly education model combining LawCademy and FamMastery, members engage in connected learning that builds progressively rather than operating as isolated sessions.

FLENA supports professional growth through practical workshops, specialist teaching and a collaborative network committed to ethical practice and high standards within the family law profession.

Precedents That Support Structured Practice

Through FamDraft, members access a curated library of precedents and practice tools aligned to our education framework, supporting clarity and consistency across files.
