Welcome to the Future of Family Law
The Family Law Education Network of Australia (FLENA) was founded by Amanda Little to provide a safe space for practitioner advancement, wellness, support and education, marking a significant advancement in the realm of family law education and advocacy on behalf of practitioners within Australia.
FLENA has Four main functions:
- To provide high quality Precedents & checklists, to increase quality, compliance, functionality and profitability of firms. This offered through our FamDraft Membership.
- To offer a varied and wide ranging CLE program at a heavily subsidised price to ensure all practitioners have access to exceptional education. Mentoring and Support for Family law professionals to grow their skills and learn in an interactive environment. This offered through our LawCademy and FamMastery Programs.
- To advocate on behalf of Family Lawyers for a fairer more considerate system and to promote practitioner wellness and collegiality.
- To Support Family Law firms to run at their maximum potential by providing mentoring and support to accelerate the firm.

How does the membership renewal process work?
Memberships automatically renew annually or monthly. You’ll receive a reminder before your renewal date, and you can update or cancel your membership anytime before the renewal.
Who should choose the Resolve membership?
The Resolve membership is ideal for Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners (FDRPs) and Mediators who need specialised resources, such as priority directory listings, CLEs, and workflows tailored to mediation and dispute resolution.
What happens if I miss a CPD event included in my membership?
If you miss a live CPD event, don’t worry! Many of our sessions are recorded and made available on-demand so you can catch up at your convenience.
Can I customise my membership to include only the resources I need?
Yes, our memberships are designed to be flexible. While each level has set inclusions, you can add or remove certain resources to tailor the membership to your specific needs.
Are there any discounts for bulk memberships or firm-wide access?
Yes, we offer tailored packages for firms that require multiple memberships. Contact us to discuss bulk membership discounts or firm-wide access options.
Are there any prerequisites for joining specific memberships?
Our Resolve Membership is only open to Mediators and FDRP’s. Otherwise to become a member of any FLENA community you must have a registered PC
How do I sign up?
We are currently taking expressions of interests for our memberships – simply click on “Register Your Interest” above and complete and submit the form and will contact you!
When does the program start?
Our new membership Program runs from CLE year to year.
So this program commences in April 25 and concludes in March 26
How does FLENA ensure the quality of the content provided in the memberships?
Our content is developed and curated by leading experts in Family Law. We continually update our materials to reflect the latest legal developments and best practices in the field.
All material is also carefully proofed by our team of Accredited Specialists in Family Law before being released.
Are there networking opportunities available through the memberships?

Can I upgrade my membership level later?
Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time. Simply contact our support team, and they’ll assist you in transitioning to a higher membership level that meets your evolving needs.
How do I access the resources included in my membership?
Once you join, you’ll receive login details to access your membership portal. All resources, including webinars, precedents, and networking tools, will be available within this secure portal.
What kind of support is available to members?
All members have access to our dedicated support team, who can assist with any questions or technical issues. Higher membership levels also include additional support, such as HR guidance and individual coaching options.
Is there a trial period for any of the memberships?
Currently, we do not offer a trial period, but you can contact our team to discuss your needs and get a preview of what each membership offers.
