3. Interim hearings before Senior Judicial Registrars, how you can prepare.

Judicial Registrar D’Addona has been appointed as a Registrar since December 2020. Prior to her appointment, she practised family law since her admission in 2008 and she has practiced in both private practice and for Legal Aid NSW, representing parties and children. JR D’Addona has extensive knowledge and experience in all facets of family law including financial matters, parenting matters and the care and protection jurisdiction, she is an Accredited Specialist in family law. JR D’Addona is an accredited Mediator, has undertaken Interdisciplinary Collaborative Practice training and she also has a Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution.

In her role as JR, she undertakes Division 2 list work, financial and parenting dispute resolution events and is the Division 1 Magellan Registrar at the FCFCOA, Parramatta Registry.
