FOR THE FAMILY LAW COMMUNITY
The Family Law Education Network of Australia (FLENA) was founded by Amanda Little to provide a safe space for practitioner advancement, wellness, support and education, marking a significant advancement in the realm of family law education and advocacy on behalf of practitioners within Australia.
FLENA has three main functions:
We foster a collaborative environment through our network which includes judges, legal practitioners, and other Family Law professionals.
This network is dedicated to enhancing professional development and advocating for the Family Law community.
We are committed to excellence in family law education by offering high-quality, industry-relevant training and resources.
This includes smart legal precedents written by Accredited Specialists in Family Law, ensuring that members are supported in practice.
We actively advocate on behalf of Family Law professionals through opinion pieces, published articles, engagement in panels etc
By securing long term sponsors who care about the profession, we have developed membership options that support lawyers and firms in their practice. This includes creating platforms for ongoing professional growth and ensuring compliance with CLE requirements.
Innovation is central to our approach, particularly evident in our advanced legal precedents, key industry partnerships, and integrated training materials.
These resources are designed to meet the dynamic needs of modern legal practice and ensure that Family Law practitioners have access to the most current and effective tools and methodologies.
