Joanne Law is the director of Mediation Institute, 2023 Telstra Best of Business Awards nominee for Victoria in the Accelerating Women category. She is a professional trainer, a FDR Practitioner, NMAS Mediator and runs the Mi Complaint Handling services for FDR Practitioners. Joanne is a board member on the Mediator Standards Board (MSB) and National Mediation Conference and co-founder of the not-for-profit Interact Support Inc and a coordinator for the Mi Community Mediation.
