Kate O’Grady
Kate O’Grady is a Senior Solicitor at Orbell Family Law, located on the Central Coast of New South Wales. She is an accredited specialist in family law and a nationally accredited mediator and family dispute resolution practitioner. Kate has worked exclusively in family law since 2005. She was admitted in 2006, became an accredited specialist in 2011, and was a Partner at Watts McCray Lawyers prior to relocating to the Central Coast.
Kate was awarded the Private Practice Lawyer of the Year award through Women Lawyer’s Association of NSW in 2017 and has been featured in the Doyle’s Guide as a Leading Family Lawyer for the Newcastle, Hunter and Central Coast area for 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
Kate is passionate about family law and regularly volunteers at local high schools to teach legal studies students about contemporary family law issues and has presented at many national and international CLE events.
